Meet THE OWNER: Jeff Christensen
When Jeff started in the car business more than two decades ago, he developed an important philosophy that he carries with him to this day: Do the right thing for the customer.
Even as a dealer technician in the 1990s, Jeff believed in going the extra mile. He'd often take his work home with him, building a relationship with customers and working on their cars in his driveway during his free time. In 1997, he brought that same above-and-beyond attitude to American Honda Motor Co.'s corporate office, where he worked for 18 years.
Today, as the owner and president of H & A Auto, Jeff still believes in taking care of his customers. His reputation as a trustworthy automotive service provider goes back 25 years; people he met in his early days as a technician are now loyal H & A patrons. Above all else, he places an emphasis on safety and is committed to helping customers understand and prioritize necessary repairs.
